Leadership
DocLogical was founded by Dr. Daniel O'Connell, EdD, a senior technology executive, educator, and U.S. Navy veteran with more than 25 years of experience across enterprise IT, data, analytics, cybersecurity, and AI.
He has led enterprise modernization initiatives involving ERP transformation, large-scale data platforms, AI-enabled decision systems, and regulatory-aligned cybersecurity programs.
Professional Journey
Daniel's background includes senior leadership and architectural roles across global enterprises and academic institutions, with deep experience in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft, as well as large-scale data and analytics initiatives.
In parallel with industry leadership, he serves as a graduate–level educator, teaching data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and governance. His doctoral research focused on the ethical and secure use of AI, particularly within education and regulated environments.
