No Obligation of Support or Updates: DocLogical, LLC is under no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software under this license.

Jurisdiction and Severability: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
By downloading or using the Software, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.
